A complete round timber handling system, from the round timber inlet to handover to the sawing line. The system handles the automatic feeding, separation, trimming, metal detection, root end reduction, debarking, 3D measurement and sorting of the logs

The re-feeding unit handles the automatic return, separation and realignment of the round timber for feeding into the saw frame. It comprises, amongst other things, an approximately 18-metre-long round timber feed conveyor, a four-stage steep conveyor, a 90° curved conveyor, a double-strand block conveyor, a cross conveyor and an integrated log turner.
The reloading unit can be purchased separately if required.
